Sarah has always had a strong orientation toward fitness and active living which led her to a degree in Kinesiology and Massage Therapy. She is the Co-owner of Total Kneads Massage Therapy and a musician with the popular band Big Fish.
Sarah’s first attempt at yoga was many years ago attending a class with her Mom. At the time she wasn’t “ready” for the yogic experience and decided yoga wasn’t for her.
She rediscovered yoga again 7 years later when she was looking for a way to balance out her demanding lifestyle. Sarah has completed a 200 hour Teacher Training Program while also studying with The JivaMukti team, Shiva Rea, Baron Baptiste, Coeli Marsh, D’Arby and more.
She will soon be furthering her studies to attain her 500 hour teacher training certification. Sarah has a great sense of humor, a love for life and a desire to help others experience the many benefits that yoga has to offer.

|What do you love to do for FUN?||I believe I can have fun doing virtually anything, so long as my life isn’t at risk. No bungee jumping for me!|
