The passion for health and wellness and the desire to help people succeed on their fitness journey led me to become a Certified Personal Trainer just over 10 years ago. With a dedication to empowering you to be your healthiest self, I continue exploring various interests and certifications, like Prenatal/Postnatal exercise design, spin, TRX and kettlebell training. I also love attending Pilates and yoga classes! I’ve always truly loved fitness & exercise and want everyone, no matter their body type, age, limitations or what have you to enjoy it, too. I believe working out should be fun, safe, efficient and in line with your goals! I teach Fitness Bootcamp online with Halifax Yoga as well as coach private clients at my home-based fitness business.
