Darlene’s first yoga class was about 10 years ago. She was into sports her entire life and felt strong, but this experience was very humbling to say the least. She was instantly hooked.
Darlene realized then that not only is yoga physical, but it gives a sense of solitude. She felt so passionate about yoga that she decided to take the 200 HR Teacher Training Program with Sherry Zak and Coeli Marsh and graduated April 2012.
She always loved helping people and now gets to do that from a different platform.
“I am truly blessed and grateful for my experience and my yoga journey.” – Namaste, Darlene
